This Warranty is provided to you by  queenskir.com. its affiliates and/or subsidiaries. Upon showing proof of purchase and subject to the additional terms and conditions of this Warranty, your Game Controller or Accessory may be repaired or replaced by queenskir.com. Please read this Warranty carefully. This Warranty may not be transferred to a third party. By using your Game Controller or Accessory, you agree to, understand and accept the terms and conditions of this Warranty. This Warranty shall be your sole remedy. Any legal, national or provincial remedies available to you shall not be affected by the terms of this Warranty. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS WARRANTY, DO NOT USE YOUR GAME CONTROLLER OR ACCESSORY. RETURN YOUR GAME CONTROLLER OR ACCESSORY TO QUEENSKIR EUROPE LTD OR THE DISTRIBUTOR/RETAILER FROM WHICH YOU MADE YOUR PURCHASE.

1. What Does the Warranty Cover?

We provide this Warranty to you to ensure the Game Controller and/or Accessory is free from defect, malfunction or failure. At our expense and discretion, we will either replace or repair your Game Controller or Accessory, in accordance with the terms of this Warranty. This Warranty does not protect any gaming controller, device, apparatus or accessory not purchased directly from us. If you send us a Game Controller through our  SGAMEPS Send-In-Service, only the part(s) which were purchased from us will be covered under this Warranty.

CROSSINGAME's 12-month IMPACT or Infinity4PS PRO Paddle Warranty
    Upon submission of sufficient proof* of sudden breakage of one or more of your  QUEENSKIR IMPACT or Infinity4PS PRO paddles during normal use and within 12-months of the initial receipt of your QUEENSKIR controller,  QUEENSKIR will send you one (1) free set of replacement paddles.
    Sufficient proof is determined at the sole discretion of  QUEENSKIR Gaming and includes a photo and/or physical evidence of the paddle breakage and controller Seal of Approval number. If queenskir.com requests that you return your broken paddles for analysis, a pre-paid return label will be provided at no cost to you.
What is NOT covered under the 12-month Paddle Warranty?
    Normal "Wear and Tear"  -Deterioration and/or failure of the paddles that results from normal use, wear or aging.
    Malicious damage or unreasonable use of the paddles which results in breakage.
    Exposure of the paddles to fluids, moisture or excessive heat.
    Alterations to the original paddles or design.

2. How Long Does the Warranty Last?

Without prejudice to any legally binding warranty to which you may be entitled to you by law, we warrant to you that the items that you purchase from us will be free from defects in material and workmanship during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, the Game Controller and any Accessory may only experience normal wear and tear (“Normal Wear and Tear”) to continue to be covered under the Warranty. In addition to the exclusions outlined in Section 4, the Warranty will be void if use of the Game Controller or Accessory exceeds or has damage not caused by Normal Wear and Tear.
